Advanced Paralegal SQE Apprenticeship Curriculum
Enhance your legal expertise with the Advanced Paralegal SQE Apprenticeship. Over 12 to 24 months, this programme builds core legal knowledge and practical skills, upon completion you will then continue onto the SQE Prep Course. Please note that the curriculum may be subject to change.

How to Apply?
- You must have GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or an equivalent qualification).
- Be in full-time employment in the UK and on your company's payroll.
- You cannot currently be enrolled in another government-funded apprenticeship programme.
- You must have either A-Level in Law + 5 years experience, a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship, a Law Degree with <4 years work experience, or equivalent.
An interview process and diagnostic assessment will be required.
