Level 4 & Level 6 Conveyancing Qualification

As a Conveyancing Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the legal processes involved in transferring ownership of property or land. Completing this apprenticeship gives you the essential skills and leads to a recognised conveyancing qualification, forming the foundation for a successful career in the field.

  • Duration: 18 Months

This Level 6 Conveyancing Qualification provides the practical experience and legal knowledge needed to succeed as a Licensed Conveyancer. Through specialist training you’ll gain the confidence to manage cases independently, uphold professional standards, and deliver excellent outcomes for clients.

Our apprenticeship programmes are designed with a complete focus on conveyancing, ensuring your training is fully relevant to your future role. Unlike broader conveyancing qualifications, these apprenticeships concentrate solely on the skills and knowledge needed in conveyancing practice. You’ll develop expertise in areas such as:

Yes, completing your conveyancing qualification through our apprenticeship programme allows you to be officially listed by the CLC.

Level 4 CLC Legal Technician:
After completing the Level 4 qualification, you can register free of charge to be listed in the CLC’s Technician Directory.

Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer:
Once you complete the Level 6 qualification, you can apply for your first qualifying licence to practise and be published on the CLC’s Public Register as a licensed conveyancer.
