Paralegal Apprenticeships Overview
The Paralegal Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised qualification for individuals aspiring to enter the paralegal profession or seeking to advance their career within the legal field. Accredited by Ofqual, this apprenticeship ensures rigorous training that integrates both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for success in the legal sector.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be registered with the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP) and awarded a Level 3 Paralegal training certificate (equivalent to A-level in Law). Additionally, possessing the Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice qualifies individuals employed in law firms to charge fee-earning at grade D of the Guideline Hourly Rates, making it highly valued by law firm employers.
