Eligibility Criteria

  • The learner must be employed in a UK organisation, within a legal team, & be on the payroll.
  • The learner must spend 50% of your working time in England.
  • The learner must not currently be on another government funded apprenticeship.
  • The learner must hold one of the following qualification levels: a Level 3 Law; 2:2 Law, 2:1 Law, or Non-Law Degree: or PGDL/GDL
