Conveyancing Apprenticeship Routes: Level 4 & Level 6

As a Conveyancing Technician, you’ll play a key role in assisting with the legal processes involved in transferring ownership of property or land from one party to another. Completing this apprenticeship provides the foundational skills for a professional career in conveyancing.

  • Duration: 18 Months
  • Qualification: Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice

This apprenticeship equips you with the hands-on experience and legal knowledge needed to thrive as a Licensed Conveyancer. you’ll benefit from specialist training and be prepared to manage cases independently, maintain professional standards, and deliver strong results for clients.

Level 4 – CLC Legal Technician

At Datalaw we have multiple start dates , with four intakes per year to ensure you have flexibility to begin your qualification when it suits you.

No, there are no exams in our Conveyancing Apprenticeships. Assessment is based on a portfolio of your work and a professional discussion where you’ll reflect on what you’ve learned throughout the programme. This practical approach allows you to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in a real-world context.

Once enrolled, all conveyancing apprentices are assigned a personal apprenticeship tutor who will support them throughout your programme to ensure tyou stay on track.
