Conveyancing Apprenticeship Curriculum
Build your legal expertise with the Level 4 Conveyancing Apprenticeship. Over 21 months, this programme develops core knowledge of property law and practical skills in conveyancing, preparing you to become a licensed conveyancer. Please note that the curriculum may be subject to change.
Sessions:
1-to-1 Coaching (1 hr) – Induction.
Group Workshop (1 day) – Introduction to Conveyancing Fundamentals, including the Council for Licensed Conveyancers’ codes and professional conduct rules.
Sessions:
Group Workshop (1 day) – English Legal System, covering sources of law, judicial systems, and EU law.
Group Workshop (1 day) – Pre-contract searches, enquiries, and property transaction steps.
Group Workshop (Full Day) – Resolving legal problems through civil and criminal justice systems.
Assessments:
English Legal System mandatory assessment (0.5 day).
Sessions:
Group Workshop (1 day) – Drafting and exchanging contracts.
Group Workshop (1.5 days) – In-depth contract law, including breaches, clauses, and key legal principles.
Group Workshop (1 day) – Investigating and deducing property titles.
Sessions:

How to Apply?
- You must have GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or an equivalent qualification).
- Be in full-time employment in the UK and on your company's payroll.
- You cannot currently be enrolled in another government-funded apprenticeship programme.
