This statement outlines the steps we take to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our organisation or supply chains. This statement is made in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

To prevent modern slavery, we undertake:

  • Supplier Due Diligence: Ensuring our suppliers and partners comply with ethical labour practices.
  • Training and Awareness: Providing training to staff and stakeholders on identifying and reporting modern slavery concerns.
  • Whistleblowing Mechanisms: Encouraging reporting of concerns through confidential and accessible reporting channels.
  • Contractual Compliance: Ensuring contracts with suppliers include commitments to ethical labour practices.

Reporting and Compliance

All staff and stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns about modern slavery.

Reports can be made confidentially through the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including terminating relationships with non-compliant suppliers or partners.

Monitoring and Review

This statement is reviewed annually to ensure continued compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and best practices in ethical labour standards.

This statement has been approved by Datalaw’s Senior Management Team and is published on our website in accordance with legal requirements.
