The Paralegal Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised qualification for individuals aspiring to enter the paralegal profession or seeking to advance their career within the legal field. This apprenticeship ensures rigorous training that integrates both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for success in the legal sector.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be awarded a Level 3 Paralegal training certificate (equivalent to A-level in Law) and become a qualified paralegal. Additionally, this apprenticeship qualifies individuals employed in law firms to charge fee-earning at grade D of the Guideline Hourly Rates, making it highly valued by law firm employers.
